Our food is prepared to the finest standards in our open plan kitchen. All chicken is off the bone, breast only. All meat is lamb. Any Indian or Pakistan speciality not listed may be had on request.
Tandoori and Tikka dishes are marinated, skewered and cooked in a clay oven which is fired by charcoal. Tandoori dishes are served with salad and mint sauce, vegetable curry and pillau rice.

These are self contained dishes served with a vegetable curry containing special saffron rice served together with meat or chicken, fish or vegetable in a special ghee with almond and sultanas.
Biranies are garnished with egg, tomato and cucumber and pillau with coconut and sultanas.

Balti dishes is where the curry is cooked in an iron wok, which makes the food tastier than cooking in a pan. This method of cooking comes from Pakistan and some parts of India. All Balti dishes are served with nan or pillau rice.
